"Gaetano and I met online and our first date was postponed twice - once because I had a cold and the second time because we realized whoops! That's Easter Day! So we made it for the next day which ended up being April fools day! It turned out to be pretty funny when he arrived at the restaurant I picked off the internet as a midway point and it was closed down.....wax in the windows - realty sign posted. So he called me and said is this a joke? Of course I was like no, no, no! I'm almost there! We can pick a new place! So we did - we went on Yelp and picked another place and got there and walked up to the door to a sign that said "closed on Mondays and Tuesdays" - yep! It was a a Monday! So I said I know where to go! There's a shopping center with 6 restaurants and one of them has to be open. So we went and had an amazing Mediterranean dinner and we talked in the car for hours on end. He was such a gentleman- he opened doors for me and he said he didn't want to be rude and kiss me on our first date. We really didn't want that night to end but I did call my best friend afterwards to tell her I was home and she asked me how it went. I said Julie....that's the man I'm going to marry! And here we are 3 1/2 years later married and Julie told that story in her matron of honor toast at our wedding. I found my soulmate."
