#FoxyFeature Phylicia & Brian

From how they met to how he asked PLUS all the wedding day details! Meet Phylicia and Brian and get to know them just as we did throughout their #Silverfoxy experience (and see their adorable pup!).

SF: How did you meet?

Phylicia: On a blind date set up by mutual friends. He asked me to be his girlfriend a few weeks later at Islip Beach in the gazebo while we had ice cream. He didn't get to finish his ice cream because it melted all over the place because he was so nervous!

SF: Tell us about the proposal!

Pylicia: He asked me if I would marry him at our spot on the ferry docks in Port Jefferson. As I said yes and we hugged the ferry horns went off. It was a magical moment!

Engagement session:

November 12, 2014, Bayard Cutting Arboretum

After everything we have both been through during our eight years together, we were afraid that our little gazebo was destroyed during Hurricane Sandy. Turns out, it survived without any damage. We feel it’s a representation of our strong and loving relationship. After all the the tough times we faced in our relationship, we have always been there for each other and weathered each storm together.

On our wedding day, we went back to that little gazebo at Islip Beach where our story began to take photos as husband and wife!
