What have you learned from your partner since you got married?
Amanda - I've learned from Karn to always go with the flow more and not stress the small stuff. There is always a solution and everything will work out. He's always had this amazing attitude but especially during our stressful wedding planning process.
Karn- I've learned that it's so important to spend quality time together, and make time for the two of us to get out of the house and enjoy life.
Anything new since we last saw you? Have you moved? Started a family? Got a pet? Etc.
Nothing new - but we were lucky enough to reschedule our original honeymoon that was supposed to be to Italy and took a trip to Aruba which was just what the doctor ordered
What is your favorite item that you still have from your wedding day?
Definitely our wedding bands!
What was the best part of your wedding day?
Our wedding was very much anticipated as we had been dating for 10 years & our wedding had to be postponed. It was also very anticipated because it was a multi - cultural/faith wedding. Our favorite part was finally sharing our cultures/faiths with our families & friends and having them experience something different which is something we always looked forward to.
Is there anything you would change about your wedding day?
Nothing! It was nothing like what we expected and we planned it in about 2 months, we got 65 degree weather in November and everyone was safe & healthy!
What advice would you give a couple that is currently planning their wedding?
Be flexible, and always stay grounded. Realize the true reason for this day and let go of 'expectations' as it is a new world. Our original wedding was supposed to be in May June with 500+ people. It ended up being in November with about 75 and we have no complaints!
What was your favorite thing about working with Silverfox?
They were so quick to respond to all communication. They were very flexible working with us when we had to postpone and rearrange days. We also loved our photographers/videographers. They made us laugh and we were so comfortable with them.
We have to ask, what made you choose us?
We knew a few friends that had used Silverfox and had great reviews. Since we knew this would be a 'large' wedding & multi-day event we also wanted a larger and reputable company.
