Do you have packages? +
YES! Our packages are based on your needs and budget. Our packages start at $4250. We also offer a la carte pricing which helps accommodate a wider range of budgets, plus you don’t end up with a bunch of stuff you don’t need.
What’s the Silverfox Style? +
A few words that will give you an idea: natural, relaxed, candid, organic, authentic. We love the moments "in-between" the poses...those times where nothing else seems to matter. When it's just the two of you.
Of course, we also do our share of directing and giving instructions, but not in an overbearing or bossy way. We’ll work with you beforehand to create a must have shot list for the big day...so you can relax and enjoy the best day of your lives.
What are the next steps to booking Silverfox? +
You can call, text, email or just come see us! Once you do, we will get you a contract. After you review it we will arrange the most convenient means of payment for you.
What methods of payment do you accept? +
Silverfox accepts Amex, Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks, cash and rolled coins (no Bitcoin!).
How do I select the photographer that will shoot our wedding? +
You can request one of our amazing photographers and if they are available, they are yours!. If you are not sure or the one you want is not available...we will help! Check out their profiles in our "About" link under "Our Photographers" Just remember, when you hire Silverfox, you’re guaranteed the best team in the business!
How many images will I get? +
We usually average 100-120 images per hour per photographer however there is no limit! We don’t believe in limiting creativity, so if you’ve got “too many great photos” we’re ok with that. Also, since most clients opt for 2 photographers, we often deliver 1500-2500 images for an event.
What if something happens to my photographer? +
In the event of an emergency, or the event that your photographer is no longer able to photograph your wedding, another Silverfox photographer (who is on standby) will step in to cover your event. We will contact you immediately to let you know that a change has been made and keep you updated every step of the way. This is one of
the huge advantages of choosing Silverfox as we are prepared should a situation like this arise. In addition, you are given the owner's cell phone number prior to your event and can reach him at any time. He is always checking in on events and is another level of security for our clients.
Do you edit the images? If so, how much? +
The images that you’ll receive on your flash drive are ALL given a Stage One edit. This includes: removing any images that are blurry or out of focus, color-correction, adjusting exposures, adding contrast and bumping up the vibrance so they look great. ALL images will be delivered to you in hi-resolution with no watermarks on your flash drive. In addition, we offer Stage Two editing that includes full retouching as well as color effects, filters, black
and white, etc. This service is included automatically for any printed items (save the dates, thank you cards, albums, prints, etc). We also offer Stage Two editing packages if you opt not to do printing with us.
My fiance doesn’t like being in front of a camera, are you sure we’ll get great photos? +
If we had a dollar for every time we heard this question! ;-) We promise that we will do the absolute best we can to make sure that you are BOTH completely comfortable and at ease! This is one of the main reasons we include an engagement shoot with your wedding photographer. You get to know them and can take notes, make suggestions and get a good feel for what the wedding day will be like.
Do you include an engagement session? +
We include an engagement session with every contract. This ensures that you will work with us beforehand. It’s similar to the wedding day...without the dress and tux. And your bridal party. And it’s not 10 hours. And...you get the idea!
How can I be sure Silverfox has worked at my venue? +
Great question! We've been around, in NYC and on Long Island, since 1992, so we've been fortunate enough to work at almost every venue in the tri-state area (and beyond). However, if we have not, we will do a site inspection beforehand to make sure we are ALL 100% comfortable!
What if I don’t want an engagement session (or had one already)? +
No problem. We will issue you a $150 print credit that can be used towards any prints, albums, cards, etc. of your choosing. We DO suggest that you set up an “Meet-N-Greet” appointment with your photographer before the wedding just to break the ice and get comfortable.
What if it rains? +
While rain on your wedding day can certainly change your day-of wedding plans, we make the best of any inclement weather situation. If it looks like it might rain on your wedding day, embrace it! We usually encourage our couples to bring umbrellas and shoot right through it. Alternately, we are familiar with the ins and outs of each wedding venue so we can always find indoor locations to ensure that you stay dry and you still get your dream photos. But in the end, if Mother Nature does not cooperate we can do a reshoot post-wedding.
We have a destination wedding, how do you handle travel? +
We've traveled all over the world to capture events and love it! Give us a call to go over the details and you will get an exact price. Bottom line: we are very fair when it comes to how we structure travel fees.
Do you have a photobooth?+
Yes. We have several different options that include open-air, classic and mirrored photo booths. In addition, ask us about our Step-n-Repeat packages.
Do you shoot anything else other than weddings? +
We specialize in weddings, but can absolutely do other events such as Sweet 16s, Anniversary parties, Baptisms, Corporate functions, etc.

Current Clients
How long does it take to get my engagement shoot back? +
We know you're anxious! It takes about 2-3 weeks to get the images to you.
How long after the wedding does it take to get our wedding photos and video? +
We know that everyone is asking "When are you getting your wedding photos?" We make sure to get them to you 4-6 weeks after your event. There are times of the year (winter) where that will even be quicker. Also, rumor has it that a sneak peek may be on it's way to you as well!
How long does it take to get my album? +
Once you have selected all your images and submitted them to us, it takes 4-6 months for design. Then you can review the design, make adjustments and changes (with no limits!). After your revisions and once you have approved the design, it takes about 8 weeks to print and bind your amazing wedding album! In the end, we promise you will be 110% thrilled!
How long does it take to get my edited video? +
It takes approximately 4-6 months from when you have submitted your online video form for
the edits to be completed.
How long does it take to get Save the Dates and Thank you cards? +
Once you have placed your order, give us about a week for the design. Then, once you have approved the design, it's about 2 weeks for them to be printed.
Can we have anything shipped to us?+
Absolutely! We can ship to you via USPS, FedEx or UPS (we just bill whatever the carrier fee is).
